Who We Are

MLL.com is a mortgage services company headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. MLL.com is a computerized loan originator, connecting consumers to Lenders that compete for their business across a variety of loan types. MLL.com is not a lender, auto lesser, or credit card issuer. We do not make loans or credit decisions in connection with loans, nor do we issue commitments or lock-in agreements. MLL.com is not an agent of you, the consumer, or any participating bank, lender or loan broker (referred to as "Lenders"). Our services are administrative and consultative only. You should rely on your own judgment in deciding which loan product best suits your needs. You are under no obligation to use MLL.com to commence the financing process and MLL.com does not guarantee that completing a loan request will result in your receiving a loan from a Lender.

The loan request you submit is not an application for credit. Rather, it is a request for a loan pre-qualification. You will have to complete an application with a Lender before they will extend a loan offer. The Lender you select may require you to pay an application fee to cover the costs of an appraisal, credit report, or other items, in which case the Lender sets such fees. They should provide you any information regarding these fees. MLL.com does not charge you, the customer, any fees for its services. MLL.com receives its compensation from the Lenders.

Information We Collect

To complete a loan request, you will be asked to enter both personal and non-personal information. We DO NOT sell or share any personal information about you to any person, organization or other third party, unless we are responding to subpoenas, court orders or legal processes.

• Technical information. For us to ensure the best possible consumer experience on our web site, we may collect and track certain user information. MLL.com may use Web Logs to track anonymous user information, including the number of visitors to our site, operating systems, Internet Provider addresses (if publicly available), and browser type. Unlike cookies, Web Logs are maintained only on MLL.com servers and do not store or place anything on the user's computer.

How Your Information Is Used

• Sharing information with our participating lenders. After up to four participating Lenders receive your information, they may contact you directly via phone, e-mail or other means of communication. All of our Lenders operate under federal and/or state laws and regulations and believe, as we do, that the Internet is an exciting and secure place to do business. If you are matched with any participating Lenders, the Lender with which you choose to close your loan may report certain information about your loan to MLL.com, and MLL.com will treat that information in the manner it treats the information you provided on your loan. As our Lenders may keep and use your information whether or not you quality for a transaction with them, we recommend that you contact them directly for more information about their specific privacy policies.
   
• Sharing information with third parties. MLL.com does not share or outsource any of the information we receive from you to third parties.

How We Protect Your Data

• Firewall protection. Your personal information is not kept on our web server, but on a different computer that is separated from the Internet. Even in the unlikely event that our web site is "hacked," your data will still remain securely out of reach.

Terms of Use

By submitting an application through MortgageLoanLocator, you agree to allow us to share your information with Lenders.

Liability Disclaimer

You use this site at your own risk. If your use of our site or the materials therein results in the need for servicing or replacing property, material, equipment, or data, neither MLL.com nor its affiliates are responsible for those costs.
